Returns Policy

Eligibility

Every order placed with Global Gadget USA is eligible for a return within 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed will not be accepted.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, or like-new condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to info@globalgadgetusa.com with the subject line "return request." Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Return shipping labels are only valid for domestic shipments within Global Gadget USA's service area (all 50 United States).


Return Shipping

Global Gadget USA provides prepaid return shipping labels at no cost to the customer. The label will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the returned item to arrive at our facility after shipping.


Refund After Return

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.


Exchanges

Global Gadget USA does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
