How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, contact Global Gadget USA by emailing info@globalgadgetusa.com with the subject line "cancellation request." Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. You may also reach out through our Contact page.
Before Shipment
An order placed with Global Gadget USA can be cancelled at any time before the shipment has departed our facility. Orders cancelled before departure will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, cancellation may still be possible but is not guaranteed. If the shipment cannot be recalled, you will need to initiate a return once the package is delivered. See our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return a shipped order.
Cancellation Timeframe
For the best chance of a successful cancellation, submit your request as soon as possible. Orders placed before 11 A.M. EDT are typically processed and shipped the same day, so early cancellation requests are more likely to succeed. Orders placed after 11 A.M. EDT are usually shipped the following business day, giving you more time to cancel.
Cancellation by Global Gadget USA
Global Gadget USA reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. An order may be cancelled if there is insufficient stock, an issue with order payment, or if the shipping address is determined to be outside our service area. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled by Global Gadget USA, and a full refund will be issued automatically.
Refund After Cancellation
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are credited to the original payment method. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
