Cancellation Requests

A cancellation can be requested by contacting Global Gadget USA through any of the means listed on its help page.

Before Departure

An order placed with Global Gadget USA can be cancelled by the purchasing customer at any time before their order's shipment has departed Global Gadget USA's facility.

After Departure

Most orders placed with Global Gadget USA can be cancelled after an order's shipment has departed Global Gadget USA's facility. A cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order cannot be cancelled, the purchasing customer will need to request a return. See the returns policy


Cancellation by Global Gadget USA

Global Gadget USA reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion. An order may be cancelled by Global Gadget USA if there is insufficient stock, an issue with an order payment, or if Global Gadget USA deams a shipping address submitted with an order to be outside its area of operation. The purchaser will be notified by email if Global Gadget USA wishes to cancel their order. This nofication will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

Policy Changes

Global Gadget USA may choose to update its policies at any time. An "effective at" date will be posted underneath the header of all policy pages and will indicate when the policies were published.
