Handling Period

Orders placed with Global Gadget USA typically depart Global Gadget USA's facility the following business day at 4PM EDT. Customers are encouraged to monitor their email inbox for notifications on their order's progress. See Global Gadget USA's shipping policy for information about cut-off times.


Issues

If Global Gadget USA  experiences an issue fulfilling an order, the purchaser will be notified immediately through the email address or phone number submitted with the order. Most issues can be resolved before the departure cut-off if the notified customer responds at least an hour prior to the cut-off time. Some issues may result in Global Gadget USA  cancelling the order and refunding payment. See the cancellation policy for more information.

  • Insufficient Stock
  • Error processing order payment
